How to connect multiple computers wirelessly, via WLAN?

You can use this method to play multiplayer games over LAN with your friends, or data sharing or whatever even if you don't have a wireless router.

Basically there are Two methods for this.

The first method is to create a hotspot using Connectify, and connect all the computers to the hotspot.
In case you have a computer which doesn't have connectify installed use the method below to make WLAN.

Open network and sharing center from the wireless networks list in the bottom right corner of your windows screen.

 
In the network and sharing center click on "create a new connection"
  
From the following window that appears scroll down and click on "create an adhoc network" and click next,


 
Fill in the desired network name, enter the security key if you want one
  
Check the sace this network box if you intend to use this network again and click next.
You will get the success message in a bit. Close that and click on the network list in the bottom right corner of your screen.
You will see your adhoc network waiting for computer to connect.
Now scan wireless networks on the other computers and connect to the network you just created.
If you want to reuse this network connection again. Simply open the network list and click on your created network and click on connect.

How to register IDM for free
